It's Ok to feel pain and hurt. It's Ok to go through all of it. You don't need to cover it up. There is a lot of hurt in the world, and a lot of pain and suffering. And somehow we've learned that we cannot directly go through it. That we cannot feel what we really feel, especially when how we feel is agony. Somehow we learn that we must cover it up. And that we must even cover up the agony in this world. And we must pretend that 'everything is fine'. And we must brainwash and condition ourselves to believe that 'everything is fine', like a mantra. Everything is fine. Everything is fine. And deny the things we're ACTUALLY going through, on a real, deep, visceral level. Deny the fact that everything is not 'fine'. In fact, everything is far from 'fine'. And we all know it. And we need to learn to say 'everything isn't fine'. And confront the 'inner hell', and embrace and accept the 'hell' on Earth. So that we can start to heal, and can start directing the problem. Cause you can't change something you're not willing to experience and face. And there are many things in this world, and in ourselves, that are tough to face. Many things we've been covering up for too long that are now wanting to come up and come out, in ways we cannot look away from. So say it, "everything is not fine", and allow yourself to really feel what's really there. To go through how you REALLY feel. And remind yourself that 'it's Ok'. It's Ok to go through it, and experience it, because it's what's here. It's what's always been here. And maybe now we're finally ready to go through it, and start making healing possible.
